Introducing Urban Meditation

Urban Meditation for Beginners is designed for any urban dweller who has been curious about meditation or getting centered but isn’t ready for "real" meditation settings like yoga studios or Zen centers. Geared towards busy workers, people in transition, working parents, or anyone new to meditation, Urban Meditation is an 8-week course that will give you grounded, accessible, and easy practices to quiet the mind.

Taught by senior yoga and meditation teacher Laura Noss, each week will focus on a different theme and style of meditation. You’ll be equipped with tools to take with you to try at home, in the car, at work, or to help you sleep. Every session will have an open question/answer time to address what comes up, as well as email or chat support throughout the series to keep you motivated to practice.
